The owner, Maylene Dela Rosa, and associate Ma'Kayla were both so genuinely kind and helpful explaining the advantages UPS pack & ship guarantee. I choose to go that route. Ma'Kayla was a delight to work with, she treated me with such kindness. She also treated the items I was shipping as if they were as precious to her as they are to me.
