I come here for packages last 12 months n it’s 5 bucks. Have email from manager too on this. Girl charges taxes on 5 bucks and acts like I m dumb n n a liar that taxes have always been charged. Never been before n I have email from manager too. No i m not dumb. Never got charged taxes either. Sure treat the customer bad. Manager has always been nice but not this girl.
UPS Store 7272 is undoubtedly proud of Angela. She is awesome! She replied to my request for quote by answering the issues I identified. (I have had some expensive sculptures damaged in the past. Additionally, some shippers only provide a price without replying to my concerns and consequently do not win my business.) Angela kept me updated on the pickup, packing and shipping process. The packing of a bronze sculpture was superb - Great Job! I couldn't ask for more. My hat is off to Angela. Thanks.
