A couple of days ago I came to this UPS store and I’m so impressed with the service here. I arrived with the wrong return location for my Amazon package, and Krys helped me navigate the app to update it on the spot. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. It's rare to get this kind of personalized service!
Santiago was amazing! I came in on January 29th during a rush, and he stayed super friendly and patient the whole time. Everyone there handled things really well, and he made the process easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!
I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the customer service has always been solid. The store is run really well and the staff actually knows what they’re doing. On my last visit, Carlo helped me with a shipment and made it super easy, and Krys took care of my returns without any issues. Everyone works well together and if something comes up, they handle it right away. I come here pretty often for returns and I’ve never had a bad experience. The team is friendly, respectful, and consistently does a great job.

I wanted too come in here to share my expirience. The UPS store here in bensenville is always reliable and has nice employees. Carlo and the other kiddos are amazing! I'm so happy to see our local high schoolers working and being respectable mebers of our community.
