Making printing as difficult as possible cause you are close to the DMV office and then charging 2.5 dollars for a black and white print is a horrible way if conducting business. Think of your printer as an amazing marketing tool that you can use to make more and more customers as opposed to using it to make a few more dollars....
The recording for the store specifically states there is a notary on duty every hour that the store is open. I drove to the store and the gentleman behind the counter informed me the recording is required by their corporate office but it is not true. No notary and it's even painted on their front window.
