Off hours almost impossible to escape because key is so difficult. Prop the door open to be safe.
I’m giving this store negative stars. Don’t waste your time coming here, go to the Wheaton Danada UPS store instead. The guys at the store always try ripping you off and charging you extra even for something as simple as printing a label, which is typically free at the UPS stores. Then they act like the other stores are charging double what they’re charging in order to try to Manipulate you into giving them extra money. Appointment was canceled and rescheduled by the store. When I arrived on time, notary had already left for the day and said they could come back but would be 25-30 minutes.
I buy and sell a lot of merchandise. The price I was quoted by UPS Store 0398 seemed fair for sturdy, safe packing. What I received was my 2 moderately heavy metal pieces, each wrapped in a single piece of thin padding / bubble, with plenty of room to move around inside of a thin-walled box made of less than 1/16" cardboard. It's frankly a miracle that the items didn't get banged up and dented, or even come through the wall of the box. Will not use this location again.
The UPS store in Market Plaza-Glen Ellyn is the absolute best! I sometimes have the most crazy packing/shipping requests and they are always willing to find a way to make it work!! I appreciate the friendly staff as well!
