For whoever is part of the delivery service out of this location: I waited weeks for my phone to be delivered. They attempted delivery two times during the middle of the day (during a work week when I’m at work!) and my mom told them over ring doorbell that we would be there the next day for the third attempt. Went here to pick up a package and the lady was extremely rude to me cutting me off while I was speaking and refused to even look for my package. The store is visibly unorganized and clearly it is poorly ran.

Store is said to close at 4pm and the young boy working decided to close up early. Misadvertising. If you close at 4pm then the doors should be open till 4pm.

I had a good experience at the UPS store in Addison. My package wasn't actually shipped to this location, however the people at the front desk were very helpful and professional. They helped me locate my package which was at a UPS store in a different location.
