Came to send a fax and was told they don't do that. What a waste of time
I had an extremely disappointing experience at UPS Store in Aurora, IL, largely due to the behavior of the General Manager, Linda. She was one of the most unpleasant, unfriendly, and rude managers I’ve encountered in years. What was especially unacceptable was her sarcastic tone and the fact that she spoke negatively about my daughter and me to other customers while we were still in the store. Don’t go to this ups. They charge me for returning an item then they charge me when I went to pick it up. And that white lady gave me an attitude like it was my fault. I didn’t know to begin with about the chargers maybe next one the employees can explain them selfs better next time.
Very friendly and prompt service. We have printed with them for over 15 years
