I had my UPS package that I needed for work shipped to this location because I wasn't going to be home when it was originally supposed to arrive. That was a terrible mistake because the customer service at this location was awful (and its mainly because of the owner). When I tried to pick up my package in the morning at this location they said that it wasn't there and it was at a location in Addison. Unfortunately, my scheduled meeting with a notary who had never existed was entirely unproductive. Good thing I got an email after I had already shown up for the appointment telling me no notary worked at the store. Otherwise, they would have succeeded in wasting a good chunk of my time.

I have never experienced such rude employees as I have in this location. I came to this location twice and brought in a return each time. Two different employees argued that they would not complete a return with an open package. I overheard another employee rudely saying the same to another customer. Amazon should pull their ability to accept returns from this location.
