If im returning an Amazon package, I expect you to pack it, not my job and never has been all the other times ive returned amazon packages at this location, you guys need to adjust your attitude and not take business for granted
Terrible customer service - troubles with a package that says it’s at this location, only to be told by the alleged store manager Mr Patel he doesn’t have it and to call Addison corporate. Wouldn’t even help, acted like it wasn’t his problem or concern at all, and was very rude when I started asking for his name and his owners name after his refusal to help.
I’m working in the store in just 3 days owner asking me you are literally slow in work and not learning fast ect. When he hearing me talking differently. And with in three days he change his attitude because of he don’t want give hours they hearing me full time job and after three day he said i give part time hours. Cheep people they don’t like i am something favoring Customer.
This store is so accommodating and helpful! They are always cheerful and welcoming. My girls even love joining me to say Hi to Mr. Patel and get a couple lollipops! Highly recommended this store!
Had a package shipped to the location but was lost/stolen by the store
