I told the employee I needed my items re-wrapped & re-boxed. That wasn’t done. My original box came inside a ups box & nothing was re-wrapped. It was stuff of my deceased mom that I was trying to ship home. More than half my items were broke & can’t be fixed
Great place for Amazon returns, fast, easy, and convenient. I'm always out within 5 minutes even if there is a line. Staff is helpful and very nice.
