0 on customer service. I reached there at 6:58. I was getting my daughter out of car. UPS employee (Indian dude - Nishant) came to close the door. I called out to him to keep the door open as I just need to drop off Amazon drop-off. he looked at me twice, then completely ignored and shut the door on me.
Nice and friendly.
3 employees, 2 male & 1 female. The guys were helping customers & talking & laughing with each other in their middle eastern language while assisting customers. I found this very rude to the 3 of us women standing there thinking we're being talked about & laughed at. Speak English in your work setting.
