The worst customer service ever! Don’t go to this one!
So happy this UPS store and their customer service is local! Day one spoke with Olivia and she was patient with all my questions. Great experience. Next day I had follow up questions.. I had the pleasure of speaking with G! Above and out of this world customer service! I have a very important item shipping and he answered all of my questions to bring me peace of mind that my package is in good hands! Thank you G!! Looking forward to continuing doing business with UPS as my business grows because of G’s customer service. 🙏👏
The employees are very helpful and very patient with me because I don’t understand the downloading on my phone compared to what I’m giving them when there’s a bunch of things and they’re more than willing to help me out. Sincerely, CeCe
The employee was so patient and cheerful as he waited for me to make sure each Amazon record I pulled up to scan went with the correct box as I had tons of boxes that were just slightly different items. I highly recommend this location from both this experience and my many pervious experiences here!
Constantly closes without updating their hours. I’ve shown up several times to a note on the door saying they are closed.
