They incorrectly scanned the items I was returning through Happy Returns and now I am being charged for them.
"I just had my first experience at this location, and it was incredibly frustrating. I went in to print some documents for my fingerprinting appointment. The documents required a passcode; I had the code, but I just didn't know how to input it or transfer the files to their system to get them printed. I asked the employee if I could AirDrop them or how else to go about it, but he didn't care at all. There was absolutely no help or urgency.
