I have a return to make because I was sent the wrong items, I also have a return barcode with the description saying wrong items sent. Yet the employee said he couldn’t process the return because the items did not match what I was suppose to receive…. And what I was returning . A complete waste of my time….
Extremely professional services. My items were well packed and arrived in a timely manner. Great communication and certainly dependable.
Returning or shipping things is fast employees are so friendly and extremely nice
I’m not sure what happened to this location. They used to be really nice, but now they’re incredibly rude. It might be new management pushing them to be more strict. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this location today. One of the workers was busy with another customer, and the other worker didn’t even acknowledge us. There wasn’t even a “we’ll be with you in a moment.” They used to be very accommodating and would offer to close your package for you. Unfortunately, I couldn’t close mine and needed help. UPS website shows store hours on Saturdays as 09:00-17:00. Guess what, wrong! It closes at 15:00. Billion$ company can't figure out what they are doing. While I was writing this review at least 10 customers had to go back.
