The store I go to is run by a very lovely older gentleman and I believe his son is the person I frequently interact with. They’re personable, patient and kind. We need more businesses run with this care and compassion for their community
The staff is always welcoming and helpful. This is my favorite location and I go out my way to go to this location.
Over priced for shipping
The workers at the UPS store are competent and friendly and they provide excellent service..
The staff at Neltnor in West Chicago—Dominic and Sterling—are professional, friendly, helpful, and always greet their customers with a smile and kind attitude. They are also amazingly efficient. UPS stores have a range of wonderful services I take advantage of. But the Neltnor Blvd location in West Chicago is the only one I go to. The staff makes all the difference not only in the quality of service but the happier day I always walk away with after my interactions. Thank you, gentlemen!
