The staff at Neltnor in West Chicago—Dominic and Sterling—are professional, friendly, helpful, and always greet their customers with a smile and kind attitude. They are also amazingly efficient. UPS stores have a range of wonderful services I take advantage of. But the Neltnor Blvd location in West Chicago is the only one I go to. The staff makes all the difference not only in the quality of service but the happier day I always walk away with after my interactions. Thank you, gentlemen!
