Tom gave me the best customer service that I have had in a long time. He helped me with the insurance claim process all the way through.
Today 4/21/2026 at 11:58am we are not aware Of the workers name because the other two workers this afternoon, females did not disclose it. This white woman this morning gave my mother‘s T-Mobile cell phone away to a white man when he gave her his ID, which clearly did not have my mother‘s name on it considering she is a black woman and now they are making excuses as to why this has happened so now we have to make a claim and get this illegal activity resolved when my mother paid $5.99 to have this phone shipped to this locat... read more
