If you are looking for a place that gives quality haircuts, Upper Tier is your spot! I don't think that people are singing enough praises about the work that Mega does. He gives you EXACTLY what you want, if not better. He is very pleasant to converse with, but also does not waste time. I could not recommend him more or any of the other barbers. Don't hesitate.
