I took my own plans into Kerry, I can't speak highly enough of the whole process, my Lounge is absolutely magnificent, quality, comfort, 10 out 10, if you want custom made, go and see Bilt Firm Furniture, you'll get exactly what you want, you won't be sorry.
I highly recommend The Upholstery Shop. Kerry and Pam were so helpful and soooo patient with us for weeks as we tried to decide which fabrics we wanted for our sofas. Our sofas are 25 years old and now they look absolutely amazing and brand new. We bought our 2 sofas from The Upholstery Shop (formerly Biltfirm Furniture) 26 years ago. These sofas thrived even with 3 spewy babies, pets, spills and everyday use, but it was time for the threadbare fabric to be replaced. We approached Kerry and her team to get the sofas recovered.
