I am really happy and satisfied to share my haircut experience with Sam today, she is perfect. I had my first custom curly cut, she really explained everything clearly, asked about the issues i face with my hair and tried to resolve them. The wash, the cut , the talk , everything was perfect. I was introduced to a new curl product and lets see how it works. Thanks sam, i was really scared to do this cut , but after today , wanna come back for my second cut : )

Absolutely love this salon! Erin and her entire team are very upbeat and welcoming. They make everyone feel comfortable and educate you about the products that would be best for your hair. Every step of the way they make sure you are comfortable with your cut, color, and style. I've seen both Erin the owner and Sam. They both were excellent. Highly recommend The Up and Up Salon!!
I've had good experiences getting my hair cut here but if you are wanting subtle highlights on dark hair this is not the place. I recently moved here and wanted to update my highlights since it had been over a year since the last time. I showed the stylist a picture of my own hair the last time I had it done. A few months ago I was desperately looking for a new hair salon after a curly haircut gone wrong at another. I really wanted to find someone who was knowledgeable about curls and that listened to what I wanted. I found Sam on the Up and Up Salons Instagram page and gave her a follow.
