Essentially killed my duck rather than save it. They dropped his body temp below that of a duck that wasn't sick. Should have been kept on the high side. Did completely counter intuitive things. Avoided doing the obvious like give antibiotics. Will charge $2k for a barrage of tests but not even give you any feedback from a visual inspection, don't even think they do them. They will suggest X-rays and possible surgery for an obvious flu or infection. Essentially extortionists. A GP won't even force you to pay for a white cell... read more
brought my turtle to the adelaide clinic for a checkup and the experience was really lovely. sadly the name of the doctor i saw escapes me but she was very kind and professional, as were the other staff i met on my way in and out. i can't speak for how they go with other kinds of animals or in more urgent/stressful situations, but if my experience is the standard then i'd absolutely recommend them :) will definitely be bringing her back in for future checkups! really the closest thing i have to a complaint is the price, whic... read more
They were extremely efficient at giving my rabbit a scan!
So grateful for the proffesional and kind service I recieved from Dr Merijke Mellor today when I bought my chicken in. Unfortunately she had to be put down. I highly reccomend this vet clinic.
They had a cancellation and saw me an hour earlier. Dr Louise was wonderful with my cockatiel.
