Very upset. My son has synovial sarcoma. It recurred in November 2024, after being dormant. He was finally scheduled for chemo yesterday at the main campus. A pic line was put in Tuesday in Houston, and the next day, we traveled there again for the chemo infusion. It did not happen. The office had failed to schedule a simple blood test, and they could not test his blood without orders, and then the blood draw was closed for the evening. The check-in facility for urgent care is like a MASH unit tent. It’s 80 degrees, uncomfortable and hard to access. If you were expecting the best cancer care in the USA, this is not a good example of it.

Worst place medically I have ever seen father can't walk 6ft without major support came here under advice of his dr but most of the nurses where so rude like they really hated their job and taking it out on patients with their horrible attitude. I was upset because we are at one of the top rate hospitals in the country which have been having to come to on a regular basis because of med reasons to see such heartless behavior is pathetic.
