UT Health is always quick and efficient the staff is exceptional they are very kind and patient.
The ER STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!!! Especially Esteban ( I probably misspelled his name ) and Dr Lee. Kudos to the staff that attended to my gson and husband this past weekend.The area was clean and orderly. Dr Lee attended to my husband for a severe eye issue , after running all the necessary tests he came back and referred us to and retina specialist that is qualified and competent to help my husband with his condition. And in the past whenever I visited Dr. Lee has been great… he and Esteban are keepers 🩷🩷🩷
The hospital was friendly and very clean. I was attended to even though the beds were full. I did have to wait for orders to be processed to get an x-ray on my broken wrist. That was painfully inconvenient but once I spoke up I was swiftly attended to.
I was admitted quickly. My pain was relieved, and I was made to feel comfortable. Carrie, Alice, Dr. Parker, and Dr. Coggeshall were excellent care providers. Thank you so much!!
