Very nice folks, helpful, kind & efficient. Nice facility too
Came in for a very obvious upper GI bleed. Waited in the lobby forever with no one asking why I was there, just handed a clipboard to fill out. Everyone got called back except me. When I finally got triaged, the triage nurse seemed to have made up her mind that she knew the cause of my symptoms without knowing my 4 years of GI history and I felt completely dismissed so I left without seeing anyone. Better not get a bill for sitting in the waiting room for an hour. Stop being so judgmental and maybe open your ears for once.
Absolute worst experience, from staff who were playing on their phones, and the residency doctor who gave false information. The 1st-year Psychiatry resident had absolutely no idea what he was talking about, and the staff couldn't care less. The residents have no clue what is going on in the way of mental health. Not only was my brother lied to, but he was also re-triggered by the tech who was telling him how horrible inpatient really is. I went to ER with unbearable back pain that had been going on for 5 days....DR Issac Burnett came in listed to me for 5 seconds and said sounds like a muscle spasm gave me some relaxers and sent me home...they never did an xray or anything just verbal description....well he was way wrong... I went to chiropractor for 2nd opinion...I had 2 ribs popped out of place at my spine...im really upset dr. Issac didn't really do his job.
