I received a referral from my doctor to go to the dermatologist because they think I have some spots on my arms and stuff that could possibly be skin cancer and I have other areas. Dr.Matsumoto, Dr.Artounian, and staff are excellent. I have been diagnosed with a serious skin cancer more than once now and treatment has always been prompt and professional. Supremely grateful for this clinic.
Dr Matsumoto is one of my least favorite drs I’ve ever had. This whole department is not my favorite honestly. I understand that places are busy right now and understaffed but that’s no excuse to blatantly ignore my concerns about MY OWN SKIN. How do I do less that one star? Waited two years to get an appointment, calling weekly, WITH a referral from two doctors. Between the time of finally getting an appointment and the appointment date, the doctor I was supposed to see quit. I was not contacted and told that. Showed up and was pushed on to a resident.
