I've tried to call the representatives over the phone twice to cancel appointment and I was placed on long hold time, then I find out they never cancelled appointment after all. Mgt., should work with staff to improve patient care /customer service.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but hope it helps people to know they are not alone in terrible scheduling. Dr. Matsumoto was great but is going on leave and now it is even harder to get an appointment. They do not accept new patients and because I was seen by Dr. M in the past, they will not allow me to see one of the other providers. They are giving all of his patients to residents who see patients only on Wednesdays and not for another 5 months. Dr K is very nice. The only problem is that my son has autism and every time i tried to call for his care they gave me a lot of trouble. Mind you that he was a minor at the time he was being seen here. Then they wanted me to get a website which would not work! Texas doctors have been on it and they give me no trouble at all. The doctor even texts me and asks how my son is.
Dr. Matsumoto always goes way above and beyond to help my needs and makes sure I'm properly taken care of. 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
I received a referral from my doctor to go to the dermatologist because they think I have some spots on my arms and stuff that could possibly be skin cancer and I have other areas. Also the person that answers the phone is so rude. Wouldn't even make an appointment. What good is a referral if the doctor won't see you and your . She said they were only taking cases that are confirmed cancer. Hey what the hell are the rest of us supposed to do?
