I don’t know about actual service there. But their scheduling customer service was horrible. Very rude. Sighed when I asked, excuse me when I couldn’t hear her, very unprofessional my eyes.
The care of service is good. However, this is the second year in a row where they coded my annual skin cancer screen appointment as an office visit v. the annual screen. The former is not fully covered by insurance, whereas the latter is. Results in approx. $100 in out of pocket expense. Tried to get it resolved in year one -- total run around and was never able to. Trying to address the new one now. Racket. Shameful.
Staff is always nice and never had any issues and they are so helpful with my son
