I was told to come early otherwise I'd be charged a late fee, I was there 20minutes early, and the doctor himself was 15 minutes late. Also, when I went for my blood test, I told the lady I had a blood phobia that causes me to faint. After I had done my blood test, she shows me the viles of my blood and asks me to check if my name is spelt correctly on them. The receptionists were also rude and dismissal.

I had been going to this clinic since 2020 and have made the decision to move GPs due to a myriad of reasons. I would encourage all unimelb staff and student to do the same. The main reason being that the reception/administrative staff at this clinic are distinctly lacking in patient centred care. I have lost count with how many times they have called and harassed me for payments when the services I have booked are supposed to be bulk-billed. Every time i come here they make me wait for 20 mins to sometime more than half an hour for my appointment. And receptionists do not care at all, just tell me “ what you wanna me do about it “ and I don’t think this healthy service cares about their reputations despite so many negative reviews here, nothing was improved in last two years.
