One of the worst receptionists ever. Many mistakes, no courtesy call when they’re running late (which is almost always for at least 1 hour) and very rude. was sent away by a young girl with short hair on friday evening after she refused to go ahead with my appointment because of fifteen min delay due to unexpected issues. She lectured me on the importance of punctuality and showing up on time even when their clinic has repeatedly made me wait over two hours for past appointments. The receptionist was extremely rude on the phone after I called them to let them know I was booked with the wrong doctor who I’ve never seen before - after I had a surgery, the language was extremely inappropriate and dismissive on July 31st, 2025.
I had an appointment at 3:30, and I was still waiting to see my doctor by 4:10. I really don’t feel comfortable with that. It kinds of made my condition worse at that time, so I had no choice but to leave.
Despite being a health care service, this clinic provides the worst patient service I have ever seen. Despite multiple calls to the clinic to get in contact with my doctor for a referral that was supposedly confirmed in my last appointment. The staff working at this clinic were COMPLETELY RELUCTANT to offer any help and did not even care. The only thing they needed to do was check with the doctor regarding the referral - in normal situations a completely simple task. But No!
