Dr. Thompson and his nursing staff are the absolute best! He looked at me as a whole person not just a set of symptoms that didn’t make sense. They even worked with my busy school and work schedule to get me in for appointments. Absolutely recommend 10/10
Charged an outrageous amount for a 15 minute clinic visit with a PA and a standard knee x-ray. When I called billing to question the total, they suggested I should have left in the middle of the appointment and scheduled the x-ray with a cheaper imaging center. We didn't even know we had to get imaging done when we arrived at the appointment. The service was fine but the amount they billed was criminal.
Having knee and hip pain, so I went here to be assessed and advised to do physical therapy.
I wasted an afternoon and hundreds of dollars as this network is ridiculously overpriced. The hospital network apparently treats people however they want because of their name. They sent a survey that I filled out less than favorably. The doctor had been hours behind, I was treated horribly, my medical records were inaccurate, and then I was charged over $500 for my visit!
