Worst experience ever they put me in a room that felt like prison room forgot about me for 5 hours after I passed out and threw up just for them to refer me to someone else not even wanting to run more test. Thought it make sense on there laziness cause the room was filled with dust
This would be a hospital that I would never go to . I was having a miscarriage and they did blood work and labs and I had military insurance but it only took$20 off my whole medical bill worst experience of my life . They couldn’t give me a real answer why I had my miscarriage they said I had a ectopic pregnancy and then my egg was out of my fallopian tube and if that bursts I can go septic and die. I waited in the waiting room for over four hours and I was bleeding and loosing my baby . The staff was horrible
I ended up lost on the elevators finding employee health where I met an employee that works in respiratory I think Jafeth R.. Not only did he explain where to go, he went above and beyond and walked me there communicating that to his fellow co worker. As an employee of Liberty Hospital working alongside KU that is exceptional service. What we are trained to do with our care. So thankful to be lead the correct way to join my sister’s beautiful journey of her baby number two!
I would rate it negative 10 stars if I could. If you see this place, run away as fast as you can!
Their billing department is the worst people they never answer and you’ll be on hold for minutes. Their AI system sucks worst company ever tbh!
