The care from the medical team is wonderful, however, the administrative staff is terrible. I’ve been waiting for several months for my appointment. It was cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute with no explanation. When I called to get more information, I was met with condescension and a lack of empathy when communicating that I had to take off of work to attend the canceled appointment. I would avoid coming here if you can.
Dr Eck, whom I've seen for several years,is a fabulous Dr, but I'm looking for a different provider. I made an appointment on 5/1/2024 for April 2025. I got a call this morning saying the provider would be out the day of my appointment, and I could reschedule for 9/30/2025! It shouldn't be ridiculous to have annual bone density tests done!

My internal med Dr. referred me to this clinic many months ago. They finally called for an appt and left an indecipherable voice mail. They claim they tried to call again and could not leave a message. Then I got a letter saying they tried to call and to please call them. When I called, I was told they have no more appointments and are booked out six months and won't book out any further. If I want I can call back daily to see if anything opens up.
