Dr. Hemali Vin was so nice and took all the time in the world to explain to me my treatment plan. I know that may sound trivial, but my situation is more complex than many. I asked a lot of questions. I kept thinking surely she’s got someone else to take care of, but she made me feel like her only concern at the time. I gave the hospital a 3 due to the awesome ER staff... the rest does not even deserve 1 star! Specifically Dr. Toby! This man should be banished from being allowed to have any communication with not only people in general but more so patients that have experienced trauma!!! Dr. Toby should be absolutely ashamed of himself!
