In 2022 I was in an auto accident that required a triple neck & back fusion. Since 2022 my blood pressure has run high from constant pain. NOBODY addressed the high blood, high cholesterol, & high glucose what so ever that has been an issue for multiple years! Not only that, but in 3yrs I've had to switch 3 damn Dr's. 1st retired, 2nd was pregnant on leave & when returning, she left. Great service on a short notice
Called this morning and waited on phone for 10 minutes, twice. Drove to office at noon, 1 car in parking lot, no patients waiting, lady sounded dumb founded when I told her that I waited on the phone and no answer. Told her what was going on and she said that I could get in at 3PM today, as I am standing there with no one waiting in waiting room. My average before visits, seen doctor for 6ish minutes each time, I would assume that I could have been seen and back on the street in 15 or so minutes. Done and done! I've been ill... read more
