Called this morning and waited on phone for 10 minutes, twice. Drove to office at noon, 1 car in parking lot, no patients waiting, lady sounded dumb founded when I told her that I waited on the phone and no answer. Told her what was going on and she said that I could get in at 3PM today, as I am standing there with no one waiting in waiting room. My average before visits, seen doctor for 6ish minutes each time, I would assume that I could have been seen and back on the street in 15 or so minutes. Done and done! I've been ill... read more
This KU Urgent Care facility is EXCELLENT! The Nurse Practitioner was so good and the nurse was so caring. I've never been to an urgent care so well done.
