Very disappointed with the lack of care and treatment I was given. Dr Dattilio is very unprofessional and brushed me off both times I went in for care. I am a diabetic and instead of helping me he sent me to the ER for treatment. When I spoke with the nurse manager Tanya she made excuses for Dr Dattilio instead of helping me as well. Now I understand why he was the only Doctor that had openings.
I'm not surprised others have left reviews about billing issues because this is exactly what I came to do. In Q4 of 2024, I received a bill from a visit in November of 2022. This was an in-network doctor who I made a copay for my visit and then they turned around and decided to bill me $1,574.34 for that visit (2 years after the fact). And, of course, there was no prior bill for this. The line-item they used to describe the charge was "Balance Forward" which would imply there was a bill before -- there was not.
