The receptionist named Michael needs to be more discreet when he is making disparaging comments and showing the other receptionist memes about political parties he is not fond of. Not everyone that sits in the lobby may be aligned with his narrow minded beliefs! I would hate for his personal beliefs to become associated with the KU system who has a reputation for being caring and inclusive.
I had a horrible experience at one of the Liberty cardiology clinics under kumc with a medical assistant. The experience was humiliating and physically uncomfortable. The review of my complaint is being taken very seriously which is all I can ask for. Enabling the type of behavior perpetuates further violations to someone else’s health and safety.
