Great hospital. Dr. Martin and staff are wonderful.All the nurses in the hospital were kind and helpful. The whole hospital was very positive!!
I'm a stem cell patient, I would say that the care is atiquik. Nice etc.. no wonderful experience that's for sure.
For the most part we have been treated very well. However, when requesting paperwork that needs to be faxed elsewhere, it just doesn't get done. Very frustrating. Updated: these people bend over backwards to take care of folks. I may have been frustrated about a fax or two, but that is miniscule compared to the personal treatment received by my husband from all the staff and doctors. We have NEVER been treated as well at any other hospital facility. If I had money I would get each of them a bouquet of roses!! The doctors too... read more
This place is down right horrible. No one listens to the patients, staff lies often, scheduling is a nightmare. The whole KU system has been an epic failure. Should have known this was coming when 7 major incidents and 22 minor incident reports were filed for one patient. The aggravation has just continued. The lack of care shown has continued. If anyone ever comes in contact with me and I need emergency medical treatment, DO NOT let them take me to anything KU. Take me ANYPLACE over KU.
