3 stars because years ago I went to KC South building. It was great. The care was good I had no problems. Now I find myself needing an oncologist once again but sadly no one answers the phones nor do they return calls when you leave a message. I have tried for 2 days now to get an appointment. I have made an appointment else where due to not being able to speak to someone at the phone number listed for appointments. KU you can do better! Best of luck to everyone needing their care! They have treated my father for his blood disorders for many years. The staff is wonderful from the desk check-in to lab, nurses, & Dr Osgood. They are always friendly and helpful. Efficient and well organized too. I feel like they really care about my father. They treat him & his illness with care & respect.
