Extremely unhappy with my experience. Individual folks were very helpful, but overall the hospital felt like an airport terminal run by venture capitalist clowns. My fiancee spent a week there with a broken leg that required surgery. They messed up her medication, left her alone screaming in pain for hours, messed up her discharge pain medication (the doctors said she would be discharged around 2 pm with medication for pain, I actually was not able to get them until 9 hours later at 11 pm, they sent meds to the wrong pharmac... read more
I really enjoyed my stay here. They delivered on patient care quality. Nothing was ever too much to ask. My nurses Shaunn&Lidya made my stay very comfortable.
The surgical liver transplant team that saved my brothers life with their God blessed talented skills are true angels sent from heaven and will forever have a special place in the hearts of all of the Dee family members. Thank you All.
Actually the hospital deserves no stars. How are people in the ER 8-12 hours? Sitting in pain and nothing for hours. There must only be one or two doctors working because crickets. To top it off at least 6-7 patients left around midnight( I saw them earlier at 5:30) and they literally called 2 people in for treatment. U Chicago do better. I witnessed a woman pass out in the restroom. Why because you all are slow and don't care about the patients. If you did you would improve this. Please don't respond because it's a waste.
