Unhappy with all the time wasted. NHS website advises it takes 5 days to get registered, the practice specifically emailed and advised it would take 7 working days because I'm out of area... In the end it took almost twice as long to only get refused, and only after I followed the matter up multiple times. AWFUL GP PRACTICE 1. I visited last year in November, seeking a note about my estrangement. Firstly, I have never had a consistent physician in charge of my care here. I have seen a different member of staff almost every time. Ofc, I was given an appointment with a doctor I didn’t know. I have been very unhappy with this practice since I registered with them in 2024. The GP I was assigned to was someone who never showed any care for my situations. Each time i brought up some issue to him, he would be like, OK but what do you want me to do? And I had to tell him, step by step, about what kind of referral he could give me or what kind of medication I was seeking. My wife & I consider ourselves very fortunate to be Patients of the University Medical Practise. On the very many occasion I have needed help and support from any member of the Team, mainly in rerlation with my wonderful Centenatrian Mother-in Laws' health, they have been exemplary in the Care, advise, practical assistance and instant reactions to enable us to quickly arrive at a solution to stabalise the problem and move forward.
