I was seen for the first time by Dr. Noumaan Zafar, who demonstrated professionalism while being friendly, approachable and patient. Josie, at the reception, was also extremely courteous and helpful. It was the first time I felt compelled to provide positive feedback, as the overall experience was truly outstanding.
Super friendly staff, very efficient and superb service
I had a great experience at this practice. My dentist (dr. Hothi) is brilliant. She is very kind and skillful and addressed all of my concerns with patience.
Fast and attentive service. While I'm not concerned by dental work they were very good at explaining what they were doing throughout the process, and made sure I knew I was in full control during my procedure. I would definitely recommend.
I’ve been a patient here for many years and am very happy with the practice. Great experience with my dentist (Dr Hothi) this week who took her time to explain concerns and treatment approaches. I felt I was in safe hands. Agree with the other reviews that the reception team are excellent.
