Fran is the sweetest piercer I’ve ever met! She’s beyond kind and her studio is amazing! She always makes sure you’re comfortable and I really love the way she communicates and explains everything! She’s very responsive and truly one of the best people I’ve ever met.
So happy with my lobe piercings! Went in with no idea what to expect and I was treated to a kind, professional, and easy experience. I had never been pierced before, and Frances walked me through every step as she worked, including proper aftercare. Now it’s a month out, and everything has healed perfectly! I couldn’t be happier.
Excellent service, very inviting and clean space we. I went for jewelry removal for a piercing that didn’t quite heal right (done a long time ago by someone else), Frances handled it with care and professionalism.
