The Union is full of friendly staff and quality instructors. All classes are high energy, well thought out, and fun. Instructors and staff clearly work very hard to make it a great experience for their members and visitors.

Doing this Review on Thanksgiving because I'm so thankful for The Union! Alicia and many others keep me motivated while also helping me improve posture and form. I look forward to any of the classes (TRX, SPIN, TBC, MAT STRENGTH). Thank you for being so kind and helpful
Went in on class pass from out of town and everyone was so lovely. I went in for yoga, and the studio was so clean as well. From Chloe at the front checking me in and showing me around, to Jocelyn teaching the class and being so kind, it was a great experience. I’ll be back when I’m in Spokane again!
