I felt so welcomed at my first spin class and am now addicted! Truly felt like an athlete even though I thought I was struggling. I’ve been coming consistently and feel so much stronger. Highly recommend. Great way to feel like a person again after being a mom.
Beautiful venue, amazing atmosphere and instructors.
Overall a good studio, I don’t like that’s its $12 if you miss a class. I honestly got confused with the time of one showed up 20mins late and got hit with a charge. And lost my credit. I also don’t like you have to pay $4 for spin shoes, and to borrow mats, those should be included with the classes. And the high five your neighbor thing is annoying.
