Chole is a Light! Not only is she a warm and welcoming front desk staff member. She brings that same Light and welcoming energy to her Spin classes. Her smiling face and encouraging words are the perfect start to any Thursday! I have loved building a routine here at The Union 70 classes in, and rightfully, I am obsessed.
I felt so welcomed at my first spin class and am now addicted! Truly felt like an athlete even though I thought I was struggling. I’ve been coming consistently and feel so much stronger. Highly recommend. Great way to feel like a person again after being a mom.
Beautiful venue, amazing atmosphere and instructors.
Overall a good studio, I don’t like that’s its $12 if you miss a class. I honestly got confused with the time of one showed up 20mins late and got hit with a charge. And lost my credit. I also don’t like you have to pay $4 for spin shoes, and to borrow mats, those should be included with the classes. And the high five your neighbor thing is annoying.
