Paige leads a wonderful class every time! She makes everyone feel welcome, the classwork is challenging, but always adaptable. She keeps the energy level consistent with the flow of the class.
Amazing trainers and staff, the space is the best in Spokane. Highly recommend for those who enjoy gym classes!
Jamie’s energy is unmatched. Maddie is so welcoming and badass! Love Paige’s yoga. She knows her stuff. Love Hannah’s music! And her “whoops”. Jacque is a beast! This place is so fun and empowering! Don’t hesitate to try the free class. I have friends buy through class pass but direct Membership gives you priority reservations and this place is popular! I had my first class with Hannah for Total Body Conditioning and it was awesome! I loved how challenging it was yet unique. The exercises she did involved the deep core which I loved and were ones I hadn’t done before which made it so fun! Appreciated this class a ton, thank you Hannah! I love Caroline for spin, I always give 200% effort in her class- even if I’m tired or sore she just is awesome. I love Jacque for TRX and power yoga, she is so strong and encouraging.
