The folks at The Union are incredibly friendly and the energy of the classes are phenomenal… they are very knowledgeable and offer many different classes for all levels of fitness! I recently took a spin class taught by Alicia and it was amazing.

The Union is the BEST and the most incredible fitness studio I’ve ever been apart of. Not only will you get a seriously good workout but you’ll also be treated so wonderfully. Everyone is so kind and friendly and there is a real sense of community. From my first visit to a year in I have always felt genuinely welcomed, supported, and appreciated. My friend and I came for the first time and we LOVED IT!! From the second we walked in there was positive energy and we both felt so welcomed! Everyone was encouraging, helpful, and so nice. Sammy was our instructor and she couldn’t have been better! She was helpful in setting up bikes and so incredibly kind!! We had the best experience!
