This studio is a life line. I am 40 years old with kids and this place allows me a safe place to focus on myself and be apart of an amazing community. I know some people worry about being around younger people, and feeling out of place, but I never feel that way here. The people who work at The Union, the athletes, and the energy is just the best. I am a spin rookie who might have just been hooked! It’s like going to the club for healthy people… The excellent music, the beautiful people, and the relentless energy are all reasons I will be going back!
Honestly one of the most fun ways to workout. My first class here was a great experience. Joey was my spin instructor. He is friendly and right there at my bike when I walked in and helped me get all set up. His Playlist is one big dance party. Definitely would recommend to anyone to check out the Union.
Ever since I started at the Union last year it’s always felt like home whenever I’ve walked in the door!! ALL of the instructors are literally so amazing and unlike no other. Since sadly moving away I have yet to find a studio like the Union, there truly is nothing as great as the level of community and support they put out!!
