I am a spin rookie who might have just been hooked! It’s like going to the club for healthy people… The excellent music, the beautiful people, and the relentless energy are all reasons I will be going back!
Honestly one of the most fun ways to workout. My first class here was a great experience. Joey was my spin instructor. He is friendly and right there at my bike when I walked in and helped me get all set up. His Playlist is one big dance party. Definitely would recommend to anyone to check out the Union.
Ever since I started at the Union last year it’s always felt like home whenever I’ve walked in the door!! ALL of the instructors are literally so amazing and unlike no other. Since sadly moving away I have yet to find a studio like the Union, there truly is nothing as great as the level of community and support they put out!!
