This place has been an alright first apartment to have on my own with a roommate, but let me tell you the annoyance I’m having now that I’ve moved out and small things that bugged me when I lived here. First off, maintence is somewhat responsive but left us washerless for 2-3 weeks waiting for a part only for them to give us a new washer. When that new washer was installed, they manage to flood our whole apartment, not only was there water damage to our items, but it affected people below us as we lived on the fourth floor. ... read more
Absolutely ridiculous they are claiming themselves as “student housing.” If you are a parent or a student that cares about wellbeing and safety this is not the place. Management is awful or actually just might not exist. The office is always closed, it’s impossible to reach anyone, and maintenance issues go months without resolve. There is no security and the complex is extremely unsafe. There has been domestic disputes and squatters, the police or Sheriff are here monthly. We have had issues with theft, squatting, break ins. Leasing office staff is absolutely useless. We have multiple maintenance tickets that have been open for months that don’t get resolved.
This apartment complex is still causing us issues even after we moved out on July 31st, 2024. Not only did we suffer from a negligent management team, maintenance team, and leasing office team they also took $900 out of my account after I moved out on July 31st for the month of August when I was not living there. They didn't tell they did, they were just going to keep it. Thankfully I checked my account after this happened to my roommate as well.
