Stayed here for a year and a half while stationed here at JBLM. Kept my place neat and took care of it and had a great stay here. Location is great for me and my family, about 25 minute commute to base, rent was awesome for location and size, management was responsive and communicated in a timely matter, maintenance was fast. Only complaint was pool hours were weird and you can’t pick your neighbors but I minded my business so I had a great experience for the most part.
Danielle has been amazing at helping us secure an amazing apartment. Naledi was helpful getting us moved in. So happy with with my new home it’s clean and I am happy.
UPDATE: The office has reached out to me in regards to my review stating that this is the first time they have heard of ANY of these issues despite the fact that I have called, emailed and went to the office in person for all of these issues. This landlord is breaking Washington state law and I will be reporting them to Federal Way code compliance and to the Washington state Attorney General. cars get broken into frequently here. my car was broken into this year and things were stolen from it, and my partners car has also be... read more
Why is the pool closed on sunday? Why do they force you to pay for valet trash pickup that doesn't pick get picked up and then charge you $100+ for the them not doing thier job, its kinda just a lets see who were gonna screw over today kinda place, dont live here if you wanna live comfortably, or live here if you wanna constantly fight management, also do not park facing the street you will get your car broken into this has been proven time and time again just ask any neighbor
Came out same day to fix my leaking garbage disposal. Instead of doing some cheap repair, they replaced the garbage disposal!
