Came out same day to fix my leaking garbage disposal. Instead of doing some cheap repair, they replaced the garbage disposal!
Some of the worst management I have ever encountered. The parking is abysmal despite having plenty of spots with half being paid and the other half as visitor. For the 5 years I lived at Terra, not one single person used the paid parking right outside my building because obviously people shouldn't have to pay to park WHERE THEY LIVE. Moved in 05/25 so far so good. 1st Apt in 30 yrs. Danniele & Malaki were welcoming & knew there jobs well. Pool looks cool but ill leave that for the kids . Lil disappointed no dishwasher but oh well . If u own a pet,clean up after it otherwise it mks us all look bad Ive noticed some dont . No bugs that ive seen yet . So... Danniele & Malaki good job good people . Also,i have kids. So im not a kid hater but. Parents ,get ahold of ur kids & teach them some respect on runnin wild up & down the hallways . I was excited to move back in this was my first apartment 4yrs ago now im back here everything look brand new and improved i really felt like home to me im just happy & blessed to find a spot call home.
