Sending my son to the Underground was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My son loves training at the Underground with Nate. Zach and Nate truly care and have your kids best interest and want to see them succeed. I have seen my son get stronger and more confident. Can’t say enough about Zach and the Underground!
The underground strength gym helped shaped my son into the athlete he is today! Prior to him attending he was very athletic but that only got him so far. You need agility and strength! This place provided it ! Zach and his team are great!

My son has not only learned the proper form for lifting, but he’s also gained an understanding of the importance of fueling his body the right way. The coaches take the time to teach safe, effective techniques and emphasize building long-term healthy habits. He comes home motivated, more confident, and eager to share what he’s learning. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a program that develops strength, discipline, and life skills. Highly recommend!
The best decision for our son! He’s learned proper technique as well as how to manage himself at the gym. Bonus: his positive attitude is appreciated and cultivated in this no- nonsense space. Also- he’s really strong (getting stronger) and surrounded by men of character!
I had a wonderful experience with all elements of Strength Gym. The team is passionate, knowledgeable and connected to their folks. GB was amazing for me. His collaboration and ability to articulate what I wanted in mobility, flexibility and strength was incredible. Loved every second of my experience.
