Love going to mat Pilates classes here! I love the smaller more personalized class feel. The instructors always help to make sure you’re doing the right form and have a great workout. Definitely would recommend!!
Wouldn’t recommend it. The instructor started late and finished 8 minutes early. I’m all for a cool down but an 8 minute cool down is not needed. This was more for vibes rather than actual working out.
