This place is amazing!! I’ve been going for a couple months now and absolutely love it. The hot mat Pilates is a great workout in small class sizes. I tried cycling here for the first time and I’m getting addicted!! Intense class with great music and kind helpful instructors. Everyone I met here is so nice, I’m thankful to have found this place!
Absolute powerhouse spin studio with excellent instructors, different themes/styles of music, and a banging facility themed up retro 90s style. The workout quality is great, but the community feeling and welcome of the Underground is what has kept many of us around for years. Go and enjoy transformative exercise experience!
Tried the heated mat Pilates class at Underground Phx and it was such a great change of pace from my usual workouts. The heat made it challenging in the best way, and the flow kept me engaged the whole time. Zoey’s instruction was clear, encouraging, and she had such a great energy that made the class fly by. 10/10 playlist also. Left feeling stronger, more stretched out, and totally re-energized. Highly recommend.
I had the absolute best experience taking a Pilates class with Jamie D’Alba at The Underground Phx! The class was incredibly challenging in the best way. My body felt pushed, engaged, and totally rewarded by the end. Jamie’s energy, expertise, and encouragement made it not only effective but also so much fun.
