OUTSTANDING BBQ! I’ve tried a few bbq places in the are and this is thee best by far. I had the pork ribs, beef ribs, rib tips and chicken links with baked beans, cole slaw, and delicious greens. EVERYTHING was so good. I’ve never had sides that were also that good from a bbq place. The flavors are outstanding!! You’ve gotta try it! 😋😋😋😋

The Uncommon Kitchen is definitely the perfect choice for catering your next party! We hired The Uncommon Kitchen for a recent party at our house. The provided ribs, garlic-infused pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and rolls. We were so impressed by the quality and flavor of the food! It was amazingly delicious, a fantastic value, and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal. Really good! Had it yesterday at sycamore terrace. Star of the show is the greens. Perfectly cooked. Great mouthfeel. Well seasoned. Savory and a little late heat. 11/10. The ribs were fantastic. Tender and juicy. Well seasoned. 9/10. The Mac and cheese was fine but compared to the greens and the beans it needs work. More salt or add some smoked paprika or cayenne. 6/10. The link tasted great but the bite and mouthfeel were off. I want some snap. Might need to cook it longer or use higher heat. 7/10.

Amazing! Absolutely delicious got the rib platter and corn on the cob and Mac and cheese as well as some chicken wings. No sauce needed very juicy! Very cool people!
