The Uncommon Kitchen is definitely the perfect choice for catering your next party! We hired The Uncommon Kitchen for a recent party at our house. The provided ribs, garlic-infused pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and rolls. We were so impressed by the quality and flavor of the food! Amazing! Absolutely delicious got the rib platter and corn on the cob and Mac and cheese as well as some chicken wings. No sauce needed very juicy! Very cool people!

Not sure if this is the correct UK. The food I had was from a mobile unit. I had BBQ ribs with the very best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted just delicious. So my next purchase will be the “maddog” which sounded so good. That will be tonight in wilderness lakes rv resort. So looking forward to another high quality meal. I was also impressed with the level of caring and polite staff very courteous and helpful

Eaten the food for the third time maddog is great Mac and cheese topped off with BBQ pork had ribs yesterday very tasty with a good amount of meat on the bones with a Mac and cheese side. Worth the price for good quality food
