worst check in in, she told me to check in in shelf checkout kiosk and i did check in but our torn never come , we were before 10 people and all people gone but we still waiting here in sitting area this is so much disappointed
I will never return to this office or any UNC Family Medicine locations. I was referred to this location by the UNC Emergency Department for a follow-up after a trip to the ER. However, I did not realize until after my appointment that this location was not in-network. My ER visit was covered, but apparently this was not. Neither the appointment specialist and the receptionist bothered to check my insurance, so I had to pay over my $400 out of pocket (plus my $20 copay) for a 15-minute appointment where all they did was chec... read more
UPDATE - changed my 2 star review to 5!! After this review, my next PCP , he transferred the care of both myself and my child to Dr Benjamin Kaplan at this same office, and it has been a COMPLETELY different experience. I’m leaving part of my quoted first review below, but this office’s front staff, nurses, and medical providers have all provided excellent care for my family. It’s absolutely a blessing to have a place my child and I can both get medical treatment from the same family doctor who understands our family history... read more
I usually don't write reviews but this place has literally sent me over the edge. Dr. Kamorian is a doll so this isn't even about the DR but about the receptionists in the front desk. They are extremely rude. The first time I came they didn't even look at my face or welcomed me in. It was my first time ever coming to this office. The second time I needed paperwork signed and the receptionist was no help at all. Constantly treating me with attitude.
