I was referred here by the GP for an ultrasound. I'll start with the positives, easy to find, plenty of parking, pleasant waiting area and no waiting time. The rest of the experience was a bit odd and I would say unprofessional. I'm not sure if I got this treatment because I was referred by GP as opposed to a full paying customer. Do not go to these people, I made the mistake of taking my to this clinic on 02/03/2026. They give instructions and if you don’t understand them they laugh at you. The lady that did my wife scan on day was very childish and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this clinic. I took my wife there on 02/03/2026 for a scan, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff provided instructions that were unclear, and when we asked for clarification, they responded by laughing instead of helping. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Additionally, the woman who performed my wife’s scan that day behaved in a childish and unprofessional manner, which made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable.
