Great guys to work with/ and subby to. Very organised and providing beautiful well built homes.
Seven years ago, Ultra Living Homes built our first property. During construction, their administrative staff were great to deal with, they kept us up to date and were easy to communicate with. After handover, there were some items that needed attention. The individuals I dealt with at that time were not as cooperative as we would have liked. From the initial consultation to the our handover, Ultra Living Homes was an absolute pleasure to work with. The build was completed earlier than expected and is of the highest quality, we are extremely happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Kylie and team for a fantastic experience.
Absolutely the worst builder ever – avoid them like the plague. They delivered my house with two full pages of defects and then had the nerve to act like they’re doing me a favour by “fixing” things. Customer service is a joke. They give you one date every two months, show up half the time, don’t finish the job, and then blame you if you can’t bend your entire life around their pathetic schedule.
