An amazing build experience from start to finish! The Ultra team were wonderful to work with from the very first visit to the display home right through to hand over. They have great designs with excellent inclusions, simple, flexible and efficient processes along with high quality workmanship and great after sales service. A special thanks to Daniel, Lara, Nicole, Jo, Paulette and Paul for their friendly customer service with a smile. I highly recommend Ultra Homes to anyone looking to build.
Surprised to see that there could possibly be any good reviews for this company. I built with them in 2023-2024 but it was a mistake. When it comes to the build they made so many mistakes and when I tried to correct them they fought hard to not fix the mistakes. Their communication is outrageous, it is impossible to get in contact with them all they do is ignore you. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Save up some more money and go to a better company.
Building a home is a huge endeavour and has its ups and downs with many different moving parts and trades and weather and all the rest... but we are so thrilled with the result and the overall experience. In particular we must acknowledge our Construction Admin, Hayley, who fielded our questions, provided updates and photos regularly and was always so lovely to communicate with along the process, even when it wasn't good news. The Ultra team is exceptional. After consulting with multiple builders, we had the opportunity to meet Glen from Ultra, who dedicated time to understand our requirements for a family home. Glen assisted us in selecting an optimal plan and customizing it precisely to our needs. We were also really impressed with Ultra's standard inclusions.
