I normally don’t leave Google reviews, but I want to document these terrible experiences because my family is suffering. Ultra living homes only keeps asking for money and, even though the final settlement has been completed, they are still neglecting the house without fixing it as promised. They even caused damage to the house because the roof was leaking, and although they said they would fix it, they are now not even responding to our messages. Terrible experience My family is currently suffering in an incomplete, defective house because Ultra Living Homes refuses to fix major issues despite receiving their final settlement. We have been dealing with ongoing negligence for months: Water Damage & Mold Cover-up: During our first Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) in May 2026, we identified a major roof leak that caused mold on the ceiling. Very disappointing experience with this builder. Unfortunately, my house was built with many errors and defects, and I have been following up for several months asking for these issues to be fixed. We have just moved in to our Ultra Living home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The journey right through has been a positive one. From the very beginning Kylie was amazing, she was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and actually listened to what we were after.
