Great experience working with The Ultimate Wedding Project. Appreciated the quick replies from Will to all our questions. Very professional service and final look of the centerpieces was amazing.
The Ultimate Wedding Project was so amazing to work with. The large ostrich feather centerpieces were beautiful and Will was so professional and kind to work with. He was always responsive to emails and went above and beyond in terms of his customer service. He truly delivered and set up exactly what we ordered, and had amazing prices! We would definitely book with him again!
I used Will for rentals for my bridal shower (blossom trees) and my wedding (candles/hurricanes, ostrich feathers, money box). He is an absolute delight to work with, always kind, professional and attentive. He always responded promptly to my emails, and his rentals are beautiful and reasonably priced. He was on time for product drop offs and pick ups, and was an integral part of making sure both events went off without a hitch. Truly cannot recommend the ultimate wedding project enough!
Will provided the centerpieces and decor for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. I can't say enough about how amazing they were! They added so much glamour to our Roaring Twenties themed event. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the decor was! Will was so great to deal with as well. It was wonderful working with him from start to finish. Thanks, Will, for helping to make our event so beautiful and so memorable.
Poor communication and disorganized. Wasted 3 months of our time communicating back and forth about table rentals then Will suddenly said that all of his tables, styles and colours will apparently be used for another wedding. Something about the whole communication was strange because he kept putting off scheduling an appointment for us to see the tables in person.
