Never buy from this company. I’m locked out of my back door and it’s garbage. They are scammers
This is a fraudulent business. I placed an order and it never arrived. I emailed their support and never received an answer, when trying to call, their phone lines were disconnected.
Bought a flip guard online, and by default they only have pick up in person. Even though I gave them my address they won't ship it. So I called them and kindly ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund since then I haven't heard from them. They stole my $27 dollars. Do not buy from this place
Purchased 3 of there locks about 12 yrs ago & they still look and function great ! All quality construction throughout = well worth the money !
Awesome lock, save my house from being broken into. Came home and noticed a big mess at my back door, crowbar scuff marks etc...they still didn't get in, thank you ultimate lock!
