I've been going to The Ultimate Fitness off and on for the past year. I've been consistent since September 2015. I love the workout because there's a different workout everyday, which makes the time spent fun and efficient! I love the fact that Zech acts as a personal trainer, coach, and motivator! My goal is weight loss and as a result of following Zech's advise and consistently showing up to work out, I've gone down two dress sizes in one month! It's amazing!
