I am giving this place 4 stars because Mario turned a bleak situation around. The Caucasian female who preps the cars for wash was rude. I pulled into the bay slowly because a man was standing near my car and I was not sure if he worked at this place. I was alert since this was my first time visiting this place. As she directed me into the bay, she reminded me of a disgruntled cop. She pointed to her eyes as saying "look at me!". Been a member here since they’ve opened at this location, but I’ve had a memorable experience my most recent visit! I arrived to get my car detailed, instead of the normal wash I get. I was greeted by a young girl named Kamya, who kindly answered all my questions with a smile on her face the entire time. She ensured that she provided me with accurate wait times and information about a detailed wash.
