Worked with Charles at the Colchester store. He took the time to understand what we were looking to accomplish and helped us to stay on course! He had a lot of good suggestions. Provided us with alternative solutions to some unique issues. His past experience and knowledge he brought with him definitely made the process easier. I would highly recommend using him. Charles helped us through the myriad of choices for our new construction. We selected a kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and vanities, and faucets. When all four of the Kohler bath faucets were missing the single-hole silicone gasket, he quickly contacted Kohler service and supplied the missing parts in a few days. Worked with Charles Giardino on multiple occasions and I have to say we won't go anywhere else to purchase our bathroom fixtures. Charles was extremely patient and helpful and I can't say enough about our experience there. I would highly recommend Sink and Spout!
