Charles was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with him to select what we were searching for.
Charles helped us through the myriad of choices for our new construction. We selected a kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and vanities, and faucets. When all four of the Kohler bath faucets were missing the single-hole silicone gasket, he quickly contacted Kohler service and supplied the missing parts in a few days. Worked with Charles Giardino on multiple occasions and I have to say we won't go anywhere else to purchase our bathroom fixtures. Charles was extremely patient and helpful and I can't say enough about our experience there. I would highly recommend Sink and Spout!
