Very friendly staff. Got my shoulder surgery done here in November time and then went back and had my nose cautorised here.
Recently had a MRI scan the service was 1st class Darryl the radiologist was so attentive and put me at ease from start to finish which made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.
Hopefully you never have to deal with their Accounts dept. Wouldn’t trust them to put the bins out.
I didn't like the reception staff she spoke at me like I was speaking french then wasn't too helpful told me to move to the desk beside her and no sign of the other receptionist she eventually turned up. Not very helpful. the consultant I thought was a bit in love with himself. I had a barium meal and he said he couldn't see anything but he was to check it again. I never heard any more about it. Was a bit of a waste of time in the end as I then went for a camera test with the NHS and it showed up a hernia.
