Purchased a sectional back in April 2022. The woman at the desk assisted me with my purchase. Forgot her name but she was very helpful. She informed there was a small defect (a small tear barely visible to the eye) on the couch & because of that reduced the price some more. Their prices are good & have been the least expensive with other business I comparison shopped to. If a certain amount &within a certain mile radius they offer free delivery.
