I had a fantastic experience here. I called up and spoke with Andrew as I had a few questions about what tyres I should get, since I don't know much about tyres. Andrew was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and honestly. What I appreciated most was that he did not try to upsell me or push unnecessary extras. He simply recommended what suited my needs best. Went to Tyre Professionals at 4:30pm on a Friday with a puncture and couldn’t be happier with the service. I dealt with Carla, who got my car in straight away. Unfortunately the tyre couldn’t be repaired, but she quickly organised a replacement at an amazing price. I was in and out before 5pm super efficient! Thank you for the outstanding service and honest guidance on what was best for my car. Highly recommend — go see Carla, she’ll look after you!
