I spent $1600 at Tyre Clinic for 4 new tyres and a full alignment, but just a couple of weeks later my car failed its WOF due to a loose wheel. I called them thinking it might be related to the recent work they did, but when I went in, no one even bothered to step out of the office to properly check the car.
