Nice residents. Awful property manager Marian Guzman. Does not care about residents issues or concerns. Isn't in the office most days. Refuses to abide by leasing contracts and Wynn corporation does not care. Do not move here. Has been going downhill since opening.
Very spacious convenient location and friendly atmosphere & environment ideal for the disabled Me being visually impaired enough space to not bump into things I loved it. An I'm just a visitor!thx!
